Our Services are provided under separate written engagement agreements. The Site itself does not constitute an offer or contract to provide Services. Engagement begins only when both parties have signed a service agreement and the initial onboarding fee has been paid.
Where a written performance guarantee is included in your engagement agreement, the specific terms (target metrics, measurement window, and remedy) are documented in that agreement. Public statements on the Site are illustrative; the engagement agreement is the binding document.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to ProfitableAds and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Work product created during a client engagement (campaigns, bulk files, playbooks, intelligence reports) belongs to the client upon full payment, except for our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and reusable templates which remain ours.
We treat all client account data, performance metrics, and business information as confidential. We do not share client identities, results, or data publicly without explicit written permission. Case studies and testimonials are published only with client consent.
Amazon advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product quality, listing optimization, competitive landscape, Amazon algorithm changes, inventory levels, pricing, and market conditions. While we apply our best methods and expertise, we do not guarantee specific revenue, ACOS, TACOS, or other performance outcomes except where explicitly written into your engagement agreement.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfitableAds and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms in the signed engagement agreement. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any lawful reason. Termination of the engagement does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in your engagement agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
