The things worth asking before you sign.

The baseline is your trailing 30-day ad-attributed revenue, locked in writing on Day 1. If your baseline is $30K and you hit $50K, the incremental is $20K — and 5% of $20K is $1,000. You only ever pay the performance fee on money we actually moved above the baseline you agreed on. If revenue stays flat, the fee doesn't exist. If revenue drops below baseline (rare, but possible due to external factors), no performance fee is charged.
Our primary focus is the US Amazon marketplace (amazon.com). We also work with brands selling on Amazon UK and Amazon EU, but only if the US account is the primary focus. If you're running exclusively on EU or AU, we're probably not the right fit yet — the market dynamics are different enough that we'd rather be deep experts in one than surface-level in three.
Read-only access to Seller Central for the audit call, then advertising-level access once we engage. We don't need administrator access, payment access, or any credentials that touch your financial details. Most brands set this up in under five minutes using Amazon's user permissions — we can walk you through it on the audit call.
Three things, specifically. One — who's in your account: both founders, weekly, which is only possible because we cap at a small roster. Two — how we get paid: a flat base + 5% of incremental, so we actively lose money by maintaining a flat account. Three — what you see: weekly Looms showing the actual work — not monthly PDFs of screenshots with no explanation. If your current agency does all three, stay with them.
You don't pay Month 3. That's it. No fine print, no "unless" clause, no argument about external factors. Most clients stay beyond 90 days because the economics work — but the guarantee is real, not marketing language.
