My Story

I wanted the account to matter after the sales call, too.

Before ProfitableAds, I worked inside Canopy and Trivium, managing Amazon PPC for 7 and 8-figure brands — the kind of accounts where a half-point swing in TACOS gets noticed in the room. I sat through the review where a $40M pet-supplement brand's efficiency started slipping, and I watched a $6K/month supplements launch nearly stall out before its subscriptions caught up with ad spend. That's where the seller mindset actually comes from — not a certificate, years inside real accounts watching real money move.

I also saw the trade-off that comes with agency scale: more accounts, more layers, more distance between the person setting the strategy and the person actually touching the campaigns. Every wasted ad dollar is personal to the founder who put their own savings into that inventory — agencies at scale forget that. I didn't want to.

ProfitableAds was built to close that distance — together with my co-founder, Abdul Moeed.

Why I built it

Fewer layers. Better decisions.

I don't think sellers need another dashboard or another account manager reading from one. They need someone close enough to the account to spot when the real problem isn't the bid — it's the listing, the inventory, the Buy Box, the margin, or the wrong ASIN getting the budget.

That is the operating idea behind ProfitableAds: PPC managed in the context of the business, with senior attention staying close to the work instead of disappearing after onboarding.

The model is intentionally simple: a focused roster, a fixed PPC fee, clear decisions, and no incentive to push ad spend just because it makes the agency more money.

If we can't explain why the money moved, we shouldn't be moving it.

Bring the account. We'll talk about the account.

No long agency presentation. Just the numbers, the constraints, and what we'd look at first.
